William Harrison, CEO and President

Most recently William was Vice President of Keyeye Communications, where he led a technical team and operations team which was developing 10GBase-T physical layer silicon. Prior to this he was GM/VP of Intel's $400 Million communications business unit, which Intel acquired from Level One Communications where William was Vice President of Operations. William has over 20 years experience in semiconductor operations and engineering. His leadership abilities enable him to pull together a world class team of technologists and operational experts to revolutionize the Magnetics Industry.

Anh-Vu Pham, CTO Ph.D.
Anh-Vu is a cofounder and the Chief Technology Officer of Planarmag, Inc.  He is instrumental in establishing the intellectual property upon which the company was created.  Previously, Anh-Vu co-founded a fabless semiconductor company providing RFICs for WiFi applications, RF Solutions, which was acquired by Anadigics Inc. (NasdaqNM:ANAD) in 2003.  At the University of California at Davis, Anh-Vu is currently a Professor and leads the Microwave Microsystems Lab, which has been supported by both government agencies and industry for research on RF/microwave/millimeter wave circuits and their integration in organic platforms.    Anh-Vu received the B.S.E.E with highest honors, M.S, and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1995, 1997, and 1999, respectively.  He has published over 90 peer-reviewed papers, several book chapters, and one book in print.  In 2008, Anh-Vu has been named Outstanding Young Engineer of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society.

Sidharth Dalmia, Vice President Engineering
Most recently Sidharth was co-founder of Jacket Micro Devices (JMD) in 2002. JMD has been a pioneer in the use of laminate based packages with embedded passives. He built the engineering and operations teams from the ground-up. Sidharth has co-authored more than a 100 IEEE and IMAPS journal and conference papers. Sidharth holds 6 US patents, 3 international patents and has more than 10 US/int’l patents pending. Sidharth's work has won him best IEEE Transactions and IEEE Conference paper awards from the IEEE CPMT society. His doctoral thesis was nominated for the Georgia Tech outstanding thesis of the year award in 2002. He has been invited as a speaker at several IEEE workshops and has served as a reviewer from IEEE Transactions on Advanced Packaging. He has held several faculty positions at Georgia Tech. He received his BS, MS, and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech in ‘98, ‘99, and ‘02 respectively.

Steven Kubes, Vice President Marketing and Sales
Steve has over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing and most recently was VP of Marketing and Sales at Scintera Networks, which develops adaptive signal processing devices for wireless and 10 gigabit applications. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Altima Communications he defined product strategy/roadmaps, market and corporate positioning, while building a worldwide sales force, marketing team and customer service and technical support team. Altima was acquired by Broadcom for $500 Million in 2000. As Director of LAN division at Level One Communications, he went through a successful IPO and drove the LAN division to over $200 Million in revenues.  Steve had marketing and engineering roles at Rockwell International and at AMD.
